New to SAP? Start here.

There's a High-Paying Career in SAP
That Doesn't Require Coding.

TIB Systems trains career changers and new graduates for two of the most in-demand roles in enterprise compliance — no prior SAP experience required.

First — what is SAP, and why does it matter?

SAP is the world's most widely used business software platform. More than 400,000 companies — including the majority of the Fortune 500 — use SAP to run their finance, HR, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Think of SAP as the central nervous system of a large company. Every purchase order, every paycheck, every financial report, every inventory movement flows through it. Because SAP holds the keys to every critical business process, companies need specialists who can ensure that:

That is the gap TIB Systems trains you to fill.

✦   You do not need to be a programmer, engineer, or technician. These are business-side compliance and audit roles that require structured thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with people and processes — not code.
The Offer

Two Career Paths. Both In Demand.

TIB Systems offers a 4-month programme for each path. They are related but distinct — one is inside the company building controls, the other independently verifies that controls work.

Path A

SOX / Controls / Compliance

You are inside the company. You build and run the controls.

What you do day-to-day

  • Document internal controls (what the company does to prevent errors and fraud)
  • Test those controls to confirm they work
  • Prepare evidence packages for auditors
  • Support SOX 404 compliance — the U.S. law that requires public companies to certify their controls
  • Maintain Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs)
  • Track remediation of control failures
  • Understand SAP access risks at a conceptual (non-technical) level

Who hires you

  • Public companies (SOX is legally required)
  • Big 4 consulting firms & advisory boutiques
  • Financial services, healthcare, energy, tech
  • Federal contractors (U.S. citizenship = strong advantage)

Path B

Audit — Internal & External

You are the independent verifier. You test whether controls actually work.

What you do day-to-day

  • Independently test IT General Controls (ITGCs)
  • Review evidence submitted by the controls team
  • Perform walkthroughs — observing and documenting business processes
  • Identify control gaps and deficiencies
  • Write formal audit findings and recommendations
  • Evaluate risk and present to senior leadership
  • Understand SAP access risks at a conceptual (non-technical) level

Who hires you

  • Internal audit departments at major corporations
  • Big 4 firms: EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG
  • Government agencies & defense contractors
  • Regional audit and advisory firms

A simple way to think about it

Path A is the team that designs and operates the fire safety system. Path B is the independent inspector who comes in to confirm it actually works. Both roles exist in every large organisation, they work closely together, and both are hired by the same industries — often interchangeably at entry level.

About TIB Systems Inc.

Who is behind this training — and why does it matter?

Before you invest four months and money in a programme, you deserve to know exactly who you are learning from.

37+

Founded by a practitioner, not a marketer

TIB Systems Inc. was founded by a Managing Partner and Principal Consultant with over 37 years of hands-on SAP Security and GRC experience. Our founder has led SAP Security implementations, GRC deployments, and compliance programmes across multiple industries and continents — including large-scale QA/QC engagements for multinational energy clients.

The curriculum is not assembled from textbooks. It is drawn directly from the work that real SAP Security and Controls professionals do in real companies, every day.

🏢

Specialist Firm

TIB Systems is a dedicated SAP Security, GRC, and Controls training and advisory firm — not a generalist e-learning platform. Every course we offer is within our area of expertise.

🌐

Global Advisory Practice

Alongside training, TIB Systems operates a consulting advisory practice that works with enterprise clients. Our training reflects current market requirements, not outdated syllabi.
